The $50MM DCV TFE Fund is open to institutional investors ($1MM minimum) and strategic partners ($250K minimum). The management fee is 2% with 20% carry.
The $5MM DiverseCity Ventures SPV is open to institutional and individual investors ($50K minimum) and advisors ($10K minimum). This SPV has no management fee or carry.
